Hotel Reservations
The Bradley Hospital National Conference on Child & Adolescent Mental Health has secured a block of hotel rooms at the Omni Providence at discounted rates, exclusively for conference participants. Reservations must be made online or by calling 800-XXX-XXXX and asking for the 2027 Bradley Hospital Conference rate. The reservation deadline is (INSERT DEADLINE) or whenever rooms sell out.

Reservations may be made online or by calling 800-XXX-XXX and asking for the 2027 Bradley Hospital Conference rate.
Deposit: A deposit equal to the first night's room, hotel service fee, and taxes will be charged at time of booking to the credit card or debit card used to reserve the room.
Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be canceled or modified at least 48 hours prior to arrival, by 6pm, to avoid a one-night charge. In an event of a guest No Show, a fee of one night's room rate will be charged.
NOTE: The Bradley Hospital National Conference on Child & Adolescent Mental Health is not working with a housing bureau for this conference. Airport Transportation
How far is the hotel from the airport?
Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport (PVD) is 10 miles and approx. 20 minutes away from the hotel by taxi or rideshare.
Taxi & Ride Share to/from the Airport
Ride-share services are located just a few steps outside the terminal on the arrivals level roadway. Taxis are available in the Primary Taxi Pick-Up location outside the Lower-Level Arrivals/Baggage Claim area of the terminal. Signage will guide you to where each area is located.
Rideshare (Uber & Lyft) Pick-Up and Drop-Off
Uber and Lyft provide ride-share transportation services for passengers at Rhode Island T. F. Green International Airport (PVD). After you collect your luggage from Baggage Claim (Lower Level), request your ride in the Uber or Lyft app.
Pick-Up Location (Arriving Passengers):
Arriving passengers are picked up in the area designated for Ride-Share/TNCs. The designated pick-up area is located on the outer arrivals roadway, directly outside the Lower Level Arrivals/Baggage Claim area of the terminal.
Drop-Off Location (Departing Passengers):
Departing passengers are dropped off on the Upper Level Departures area of the terminal.
Taxi Pick-up
Taxis are available in the Primary Taxi Pick-Up location outside the Lower-Level Arrivals/Baggage Claim area of the terminal. Please follow the signage to this location.
Getting Around Providence
You don't need a car to get around the smallest state. You can walk around the downtown area easily. But Providence also has other options for getting around that may be more convenient and comfortable for you. These include:
- RIPTA buses and trolleys: RIPTA runs multiple bus routes and a few trolleys routes throughout Providence. Check RIPTA schedules first. Buses run year-round. Buy a $6 day pass on board for unlimited, statewide travel or pay just $2 per ride.
- Biking: Electric scooter and bike share programs make it easy to ride around the city.
- MBTA trains to/from Boston: If your plans include coming from or going to Boston, MBTA offers convenient round-trip rail service.
